14-Day Return & Inspection Period
Non-custom stock items, pre-owned luxury watches, and ready-to-ship fine jewelry in pristine, unworn condition may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery for refund or store exchange.
Items must be returned with all original tamper-evident security tags, box, factory warranty cards, booklets, and GIA certificates intact.
Return Authorization & Inspection Process
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping back. Contact client services at [email protected] to receive an RMA and insured return shipping label.
Upon receipt at our NYC vault, returned items undergo thorough gemological and horological inspection to confirm item authenticity, original serial numbers, and unworn condition before a refund is processed.
Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
Customized timepieces, special ring sizes, personalized engravings, and bespoke commissions are final sale due to their unique, custom nature.
Items showing signs of wear, alteration, sizing, removed links, damaged security tags, or missing documentation cannot be accepted for return.
Restocking & Store Credit
Standard stock returns are subject to a modest 3% administrative restocking fee to cover credit card processing and insurance costs. Alternatively, 100% of purchase value can be credited toward store exchange with zero restocking fee.
Refund Timing & Payout
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days following completion of vault inspection.
