Armored & Fully Insured Express Shipping
All domestic and international shipments are dispatched via express armored carrier services (FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Next Day Air).

Mandatory Adult Signature Requirement
To ensure absolute security, all luxury deliveries require a physical adult signature (21+ with valid government-issued ID) upon arrival.
Carrier hold-for-pickup options at secure local FedEx/UPS World Service Centers are available upon request for clients who prefer in-person collection.
International Shipping & Customs Duties
Worldwide shipping is available to eligible international destinations via insured international express. Import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), and customs clearance fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the international recipient.

Clients visiting New York City can select private showroom pickup at 20W 47th St by appointment. Valid photo identification matching the order details and payment method is required upon collection.
